Become a Prayer Partner
The battle is the Lord’s, and prayer is the lifeline of this vital work. By joining our network of prayer partners, you can lift our clients, staff, and volunteers before the Lord. Your prayers will provide strength and guidance for those making life-changing decisions.
Volunteer Your Time
Volunteers are the heartbeat of Alpha. Whether you serve behind the scenes or work directly with clients, your presence makes a tangible difference.
Opportunities include:
- Client Advocates: After training, advocates walk alongside women and men who need someone to listen. They provide information, resources, and compassionate care.
- RN, LVN, NP or RDMS: Serve a 4–6 hour shift weekly, biweekly, monthly, or on call by administering pregnancy tests, providing prenatal vitamins, offering patient advocacy and counseling, completing data entry, and—if qualified—performing limited OB ultrasounds
- Parent Mentor: Walk alongside young moms, dads, or couples as they complete Alpha PHC’s online parenting lessons, sharing biblical insight and parenting experience on a flexible schedule.
- Mobile Clinic Driver: Drive our Mobile Clinic van 1–2 times a week or 2–4 times monthly, transporting staff and volunteers to service locations, placing signs, refueling, emptying gray water tanks, and keeping the vehicle clean inside and out.
- English/Spanish Translator: Translate brochures, forms, and other materials so Spanish-speaking families can fully access Alpha PHC’s services and resources.
After the application process, training is provided, so every volunteer feels confident and equipped. Whether you can commit weekly hours or help occasionally, you play an essential role in offering practical help and real hope to the women who come.
